Here’s my special Meatball Recipe. .. I hope you get to try it out. With Pasta specifically; or rice.
●3 Tomatoes, peeled & pureed
●1 teaspoon Garlic
●1 medium onion chopped
●1 tablespoon soy sauce
●1 teaspoon white sugar
●1 can tomato paste
●1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes, soy sauce & sugar. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 90 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, pepper and let it sit.

●1kg Minced meat ( Goat meat or Beef)
●1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
●1 large egg
●1 teaspoon salt
●Freshly ground black pepper
●1 grated carrots
●1/2 cup finely chopped Green bell pepper
●1/4 cup finely minced  parsley/coriander
●1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
●1 clove garlic, finely minced

In a large bowl, place your beef or goat meat. Add garlic, egg, carrots, bell pepper, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
Blend bread crumbs into meat mixture. Slowly add an extra egg/water/milk into the mixture if its a little too dry. The mixture should be moist but still hold its shape if rolled into meatballs.
Scoop using a tablespoon and Shape into meatballs using the palm of your hands.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan. Fry meatballs in batches.

When the meatball is brown and slightly crisp on the outside remove from the heat. After you are done with all the meatballs, drain the remaining oil in the pan and put the meatballs back into the pan on medium high heat. 
Since they are already fried and oily, do not add any more cooking oil. Lightly toss the balls. 

Add onions and stir. Once translucent, add a teaspoon of mixed spices (contains curry powder, tumeric, dry coriander, pepper) , mix and let it cook for a few minutes as all the flavours blend in.


Slowly add the Meatball Sauce that was earlier prepared. Stir and cover to let it cook for a few minutes before you serve. 

Garnish with fresh coriander.
