Soups are the best comfort foods; easy, yummy and super tasty. And this one is particularly easy to make. You could actually make and have it everyday

You will need;

2 70g Packs of Indomie Noodles

3 Ripe Tomatoes; Chopped or Pureed

2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste

1 Onion; Chopped

1/2 Minced Garlic

2 cups of Water

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Bunch of Coriander



In a pan on high heat, heat vegetable oil. Fry onions. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Let it cook for about 30 seconds. Stir. Add garlic and Noodle seasoning (from the package).

Stir. And water followed by the Noodles. Cover and let it cook for 3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped Coriander. Serve hot.

It’s literally as easy as that.
